2011草场地摄影季"摄影收藏"国际专题研讨会的与会各领域专家就摄影收藏发展史、当下性以及未来发展趋势等主题展开探讨。

研讨会主要分为三大议题：
1／美术馆摄影收藏：结构体系的建立
2／企业摄影收藏：收藏的目的与意义
3／收藏家的摄影收藏：收藏兴趣的定位与实现

重现：阿尔勒1988年中国主题展研讨会
1988年的阿尔勒国际摄影家聚会展上，中国摄影师首次参加国际性的摄影展。而"重现：阿尔勒1988年中国主题展"则为当年参加阿尔勒展的许多摄影家提供了一次珍贵的历史性机会，一方面重新聚首，一方面也讨论和反思与西方艺术世界接触后的二十多年里，他们的艺术创作有了怎样的变化。

The 2011 International Thematic Symposium on Photography Collecting welcomed experts in their respective fields from around the world to discuss the history, current conditions, and future of photography collecting.

The symposium was divided into three major sections:
• Museum Photography Collections: The Development of Systematic Collecting Practices
• Corporate Photography Collections: The Objective and Significance of Corporate Collecting
• Private Photography Collections: The Formation and Realization of an Interest in Collecting

The Reappearance: The Arles 1988 China Exhibition Symposium provided an historically significant opportunity for many of the original Chinese photographers exhibited in the ground-breaking China photography exhibition at the 1988 Rencontres d'Arles to reunite and reflect on the evolution of their craft over the twenty years since their initial encounter with the western art world.
